Visiting? Welcome

Thinking of visiting us?

Whether you are new to our neighbourhood or just visiting briefly, you will be made most welcome at any of the services and church groups mentioned on the website.

If you want to go to a community group, it would be wise to contact the organiser directly before coming along.

Concerts are held regularly in the sanctuary, and drama is offered in our Large Hall, usually during the Edinburgh Fringe and at Christmas.

Our buildings are easy to reach – the 23 bus stops outside our door and the 14 and 21 go past on Ferry Road. Goldenacre is nearby with the 8, 9 and 27 stopping there. There is free parking in the surrounding streets.

Our sanctuary is spacious and light-filled with beautiful stained glass and magnificent woodwork on the pulpit, rood screen and communion tables. The sanctuary has seats rather than pews offering flexibility of layout.

Our Church Centre is modern, light and bright. We have a welcoming vestibule where there is space to chat, wait for children leaving Brownies, grab a coffee from the machine or catch up with what’s happening via a TV display or by picking up a leaflet.

We look forward to welcoming you to Inverleith St Serf’s.
