On our Pilgrimage around the church building and gardens in Lent, Journey in Hope, we planted a seed or a small plant as we thought about how our journey with God through life needed patience; time for growth, time for a harvest to appear.
Here we see the start of our planting.
Later, we will share what is happening to our seeds and plants.
It can be difficult to wait for the harvest of our prayers, of our actions, of our journey.
We can become anxious and worried that there will be no harvest; that it is all in vain.
As we walk forward into the changes that lie before us we remember that we do not walk alone.
